Samsung UN55D8000 Review

Televisions are becoming many extra just like laptops. What is surface of the line this year is obsolete a couple of years from now. I keep hearing about 4K HD, but I'll have got to see it to believe which i need it. Now i'm not really a videophile, but I appreciate an excellent picture rather than view SD when HD is available (like my daughter). I prefer Blu Ray and make sure I personally use them if possible. All the said, the image about this unit is completely stunning. The smaller bezel has been discussed here often times, nevertheless it can not be stressed how much of any difference commemorate. I prefer the "Looking via a window" analogy I saw in a single examine. My baby and girlfriend both keep shaking their heads when we watch BluRay onto it. My couch permits us to sit 10' in the screen. That seems pretty ideal in my experience.

Smart Hub is interesting, but I don't put it to use much. Nearly all of what it does, is duplicated by other media devices I previously own.
- It might be slow
- Netflix App is not as good since the Apple Tv
- Can't figure out how to quickly forward within the "Explore 3D" app. It only skips 30 seconds then has to buffer the recording again.

3D is more compelling than predicted, but I still can't imagine viewing an entire video. It really is great for demos though. There may be also a lot of content on the "Explore 3D" app for the Smart Hub.

Streaming from Netflix HD or Apple Television can appear pretty pixelated where it looks fine on my 40" Samsung within the bedroom.

Haven't noticed any screen uniformity troubles yet, but I may update easily do.

I do notice something I think is called "ghosting" with some photos. Largely once i am viewing sports highlights in HD. I visit a small little bit of an image around the quickly shifting person. I really hope that makes sense.

I'll come back an update this later since i have have got only had the set for any week. To date it really is precisely what I desired.
